This is a full-time job for interior designers at HEXA Engineering Consultancy in Cairo.

1- The interior designer will be skilled in understanding clients’ needs, creating mood boards, furnishing plans, and selecting appropriate materials and furniture. He should excel in the conceptual phase, developing sketches and designs, and delivering high-quality, hyper-realistic renders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with clients to capture their vision and translate it into innovative interior designs.
* Develop comprehensive mood boards and furnishing plans that align with clients’ styles and requirements.
* Source and select materials and furniture that meet both aesthetic and functional criteria.
* Create detailed sketches and oversee the conceptual design phase.
* Produce high-quality, hyper-realistic renders to present design concepts effectively.
* Work collaboratively with the technical team to produce accurate technical execution drawings.

Qualifications:
* Proficiency in 3ds Max (Corona), AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Revit is a plus.
* Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and material selection.
* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
* Ability to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high standards in all deliverables.

2- The technical interior designer will specialize in creating and delivering highly detailed technical drawings for various interior design projects, including residential, commercial, and administrative spaces, preferably with experience in projects based in the KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and produce highly detailed technical drawings for interior design projects.
* Ensure technical drawings align with design concepts and client requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the design team to integrate creative designs with technical specifications.
* Experience with Revit is considered a plus.
* Adapt and ensure compliance with the KSA code, leveraging previous project experience in the region.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in technical drafting and execution for various project types (residential, commercial, administrative).
* Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to deliver precise and clear documentation.
* Excellent coordination skills to work seamlessly with the design team and ensure the best project outcomes.
* Knowledge of KSA standards and codes is highly desirable.
