Fixed Interior Design

Furniture

The Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) package is a comprehensive collection that includes a selection of all furniture, fabrics, wall coverings, accessories, and curtains. It may also feature custom-designed furniture and millwork, along with a variety of decorative accessories.

The FFE package will include:

Referenced and Coded FFE Layout Plan: This is a detailed plan that shows the placement and arrangement of all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment in the space.
A3 Book/Binder Format: This includes reduced furniture plans and a spec sheet for each item, along with details about finishes and materials. It serves as a comprehensive guide to all the elements included in the design.
Quantities Schedule: This is a detailed list of all furniture and accessories included in the design, providing a clear overview of the quantity of each item.
